Empowered Healing & Wellness Counseling, PLLC was founded by Natasha M. D. Moore, MSW, LCSW, CIMHP from a deep belief that healing yourself doesn’t just change your life-it ripples through generations.
As an EMDR-trained trauma therapist, and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Natasha's integrative approach weaves together evidence-based trauma therapies and holistic wellness.
She guides women, children and adolescents to restore harmony between their body and mind, by understanding how nutrition, movement, and nervous system regulation influence emotional balance and mental health.
Through this work, she empowers women and adolescent girls to rewrite their inner narratives, rebuild self-trust, and love with both heart and healthy boundaries.
