REDEFINING SELF-WORTH,

RELATIONSHIPS &

EMPOWERED CONFIDENCE

I help “nice girls” break free from people-pleasing, fawning, emotional burnout, and unhealthy relationship patterns, so you can choose yourself, elevate your self-worth, and create a life grounded in confidence, clarity and boundaries.

Whether you’re healing from emotional wounds, navigating complex relationships, or stepping into a new chapter of your life… you deserve to feel empowered.

A free, insightful tool to help you identify your patterns around boundaries, people-pleasing, self-belief and emotional safety.

Why I Became An Empowerment Coach

For the last eight years, I’ve been guiding women through their self-care, wellness, and personal growth journeys. What I witnessed, again and again, was the same quiet struggle: women who gave everything to everyone, yet doubted their own worth. Women who were exhausted from being “the strong one,” “the accommodating one,” or “the nice girl,” even while feeling unseen and overwhelmed.

Through those years of supporting women in rebuilding their routines, reconnecting with their bodies, and healing from the inside out, I saw a clear and powerful truth:

When a woman begins prioritizing herself, her entire life begins to transform.

Coaching became the natural extension of my work as a therapist and wellness mentor. It allowed me to support women beyond the therapy room—focusing on identity, boundaries, self-belief, habits, and empowered behavior change. My own personal healing journey- leaving an abusive partner in 2009- combined with nearly two decades in the mental health field, and eight years of women’s wellness coaching, showed me that women don’t just need insight—they need tools, support, community, and accountability.

I became a coach because I believe deeply in women’s capacity to rise. I created my coaching programs for the woman who feels ready to live with confidence, clarity, and an unshakeable sense of worth.

Coaching Disclaimer:

Empowerment coaching is a separate service from psychotherapy. Coaching focuses on personal growth, mindset support, nervous system awareness, and behavior change. It does not assess, diagnose, or treat mental health disorders.

Engaging in coaching does not create a therapist–client relationship. If during coaching it becomes clear that therapeutic support is more appropriate, I will provide referrals or guidance for accessing mental health services.

Coaching Framework

My approach blends trauma-informed guidance, nervous system education, EMDR-influenced resourcing strategies, behavior change psychology, and compassionate mindset work. I guide without judgment and support you in making empowered choices. My empowerment coaching programs follow a 12-week framework designed specifically for women, and “nice girls” who have been conditioned into people-pleasing, self-abandonment and chronic over-functioning.

  • Identity & Awareness (Weeks 1–2)
We explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotional habits that have kept you stuck—building clarity around your values, internal voice, and the “nice girl” conditioning you’re ready to release.

  • Nervous System & Mindset (Weeks 3–5)
Using nervous system regulation and mindset tools, you will learn to shift from survival mode to grounded confidence. Together, we rewrite limiting beliefs, strengthen emotional resilience, and rebuild self-trust.

  • Boundaries, Behavior Change & Embodied Confidence (Weeks 6–8)
You learn and practice healthy boundaries, assertive communication, and micro-habits that reinforce self-worth. This phase is focused on real-life application and building empowered behavior change.

  • Integration & Self-Leadership (Weeks 9–12)
You begin embodying your identity as a grounded, self-led woman. We create long-term routines, lifestyle-aligned habits, and an empowered future plan you feel confident maintaining beyond the program.

The 12-week timeline includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Action steps + reflection prompts tailored to your goals

  • Self-regulation + wellness tools

  • Boundary scripts and communication templates

  • Personalized empowerment plan

  • Access to EmpowerHER Circle resources

  • Pre-order waitlist access to my book, The Empowered Nice Girl

This framework provides both structure and flexibility, personalized to meet you exactly where you are, while integrating empowerment every step of the way.

Coaching FAQs

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for women who want to break people-pleasing patterns, strengthen boundaries, and create consistent self-care practices. It’s ideal if you’re seeking forward momentum, accountability, and actionable tools.

Do you only work with women?

My coaching programs are designed for women, and anyone who identifies as a “nice girl.” You were conditioned to put others first, neglect your own needs, avoid conflict, and silence your intuition in order to maintain connection or safety.

If you’ve spent years people-pleasing, shrinking yourself, or carrying the emotional load for everyone around you, my coaching is designed to help you break those patterns. Together, I help you move from self-abandonment to self-connection, from overwhelm to clarity, and from living for others to living empowered in alignment with your values.

What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy focuses on healing emotional wounds, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. I can only provide therapy services in the state where I’m licensed—North Carolina.

Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on the present and future. It supports you in building self-awareness, boundaries, confidence, and aligned behaviors. I can provide coaching to clients across the U.S. and internationally.

My coaching is trauma-informed and influenced by my clinical background, but it is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.

Is the empowerHER Self-Care Circle included?

The Circle is a FREE monthly group with other women prioritizing self-care and is included in any coaching package that you can join anytime.

Can current therapy clients work with you as coaching clients?

Can I do coaching if I’m already in therapy elsewhere?

What topics can we work on together?

Depending on your chosen service, we can work on:

  • Boundaries & people-pleasing detox

  • Nervous system healing

  • Identity, values, and self-worth

  • Self-care & mental wellness habits

  • Emotional abuse recovery support

  • Rebuilding self-trust

  • Behavior change & micro-habits

  • Dating with confidence (if applicable)

No, therapy clients cannot transition into coaching clients, and coaching clients cannot shift into therapy. This maintains clear boundaries, and ensures ethical integrity in both services.

Yes. Coaching can complement therapy as long as I am not your therapist. Many clients benefit from therapy for deeper emotional healing while using coaching to focus on habits, boundaries, and identity work; sometimes therapy incorporates coaching as well.

Most clients work with me for 8–12 weeks, though some stay longer for continued accountability with empowerHER circle.

How long do people usually work with you?

Coaching can provide clarity, boundary support, and emotional grounding.
However, if you are in crisis, unsafe, or need clinical treatment, therapy or crisis services may be more appropriate. I can help you determine the best next step.

Is coaching right for me if I feel something is off with my relationship?

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are not refundable; missed session(s) can be rescheduled if provided a 24 hour notice, in case of an emergency or illness.

Complete the inquiry form or join the waitlist. You’ll receive next steps, including scheduling options and service details.

How do I get started?

How much are your empowerment coaching packages?

Coaching packages typically range from $597–$1,497, depending on the level of support and length of the program. Exact pricing is discussed during a free discovery call so we can determine the best fit for your goals.

As a licensed therapist, I adhere to professional ethical guidelines that protect your privacy and maintain clear therapeutic boundaries. For this reason:

  • This policy helps ensure your confidentiality and preserves the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.

  • I will not engage in direct messaging or comments related to your treatment.

  • Any public engagement with my content should be considered optional, and I will not acknowledge therapeutic relationships online.

For coaching clients, interactions may vary depending on the nature of the program, but clinical clients must maintain these boundaries at all times.

If you have questions about this policy or how to protect your privacy online, I’d be happy to discuss it during a session.
